1. First and foremost, you want log into the main thirty-one site (www.thirtyonetoday.com).
Whether you’re in this business to get out of the house, make a little extra cash, or eventually retire…Team Dazzling Diamonds can help you achieve those goals. Let’s start with all of your team resources!
We have a team Facebook page that has hundreds of ideas posted to help you market your business. We also post company updates and do team incentives on this page. And…it is your own personal link to all your other team mates. So if you ever have a question…you can ask on there and have it answered within minutes by one of your own team mates! Follow this link and request to be added:
2. TEAM FILE SITE
We also have a team FILE site. This is broken down into folders that have documents that will help you with your business. For example, there is a hostess binder folder that has all the files we put into a hostess packet. You can download them and change all the information to your own. Very easy! All you have to do is go to this site:

Make sure you check out the training on TOT (www.thirtyonetoday.com). Log in with the same ID# and password that you use for your personal website.

While you are waiting on your kit, start scheduling your launch party. This will give you a great start to your business and a jump start on meeting the wonderful incentives put in place by the company just for you! Those first few parties may make you a bit nervous, but once you get a few under your belt, you will be a pro!

7. Your personal website, something we call the “back office”:
When you first go to your website, you will see the way it looks to your customers. This website is given to you for free for your first 3 months. After that, it is only $1.95 per month….AND well worth it!! Your website has the catalogs, the embroidery guide, the monthly specials, a place for customers to place an order and a place for new recruits to sign up under you.
To login, got to www.thirtyonetoday.com, and enter your ID and password that you created when you completed your online enrollment, then click on MANAGE MY BUSINESS. There is more in depth training on Thirty-One Today that will show you how to use all aspects of your back office. Be sure to take some time to view the training.
8. What are some things you need to do right away?
Make sure you order address labels for your catalogs. You can order these at vistaprint.com for very cheap, and sometimes free! You will just pay shipping. You can also purchase your business cards here with the same deal: www.vistaprint.com
**You don’t ever want a catalog to go out of your hands without your information on it! Vital information for those are: Name, Phone #, and website address**
9. This business is so much more fun with a friend to do it with!
It’s a proven fact that friends who start a business together are more successful. Who do you know that would have fun doing this with you or could really use the extra money? Did you know if you sign someone up during your first 4 months and they get qualified (sell their first $1000) you get a $100 bonus on your commission check??
The best way to build that excitement is to have a “kit opening” party. Invite a select few friends over to open your brand new kit when it gets there! You will get a shipping notification for when it will arrive!
